Tuition Exchange - Imports

OCU University participates in two tuition exchange programs:

The has members from over 700 colleges and universities. Colleges and universities participating in this program offer competitive scholarships which waive some or all tuition for eligible participants from other member institutions. At ذكذكتسئµ and award offer will cover the cost of tuition.

The C membership includes more than 440 institutions throughout the United States. Colleges and universities in this program offer competitive scholarships covering full tuition to eligible participants from other member institutions.

Scholarships covering full tuition are available to first-year, transfer and continuing students.

To apply for a tuition exchange scholarship award, the process begins by checking for eligibility at the employee's instituition (home school). If eligibility is confirmed, accounts may be created online at either program's website. The home school must approve a applicant's application before it moves on to chosen schools for consideration of an award. The student is considered an 'export' from the home school and an 'import' here at ذكذكتسئµ. Import applicants must apply for admission and complete the FAFSA to be considered for an award.

ذكذكتسئµ will review applications for both TE and CIC-TEP awards in January. Applicants will be either offered and award, or be put on a wait list. Offered awards must be accepted by May 1. If a student offered an award does not accept the award by May 1, the award offer will be withdrawn and offered to any eligible waitlist applicants.

  • Tuition exchange awards are competitive and not all applicants may receive an award offer
  • Tuition exchange awards cover tuition only
  • Awards are for up to eight semesters or until an undergraduate degree is earned whichever comes first
  • Scholarships cannot be combined or "stacked" with other ذكذكتسئµ scholarships
  • Students may accept grants as long as the total of the grant and remission does not cause an over award
  • Outside scholarships can be accepted and combined with tuition exchange awarrds.  If the outside award limits its use to tuition and fees only, it will be applied to fees first and tuition exchange award lowered to an amount to cover tuition but avoid an over award
  • The employee eligible for tuition exchange must remain employed throughout the award timeline or the award will be ended at the end of the term in which the employee becomes ineligible for the program
  • The student must remain in good standing with the university
